These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ConciseHQ website located at https://concisehq.com, and any related web or mobile applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by ConciseHQ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, starting a free trial, using the Service, or browsing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or update any portion of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to https://concisehq.com. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service uses AI to analyze and generate earnings-related materials and produce concise visualizations and insights. The output is informational and assistive only. It may be highly accurate, but can be incomplete, incorrect, or out-of-date. Always verify with original sources before relying on results.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, create risk or liability for us or others, or if required by law. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription. Upon termination: (a) your license to use the Service ends; (b) certain sections survive; and (c) we may delete your data after a reasonable period per our retention policies, except where law requires longer retention.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service or outputs; (b) your User Content; (c) violation of these Terms; or (d) violation of any law or third-party right (including securities, privacy, or IP rights).
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES—EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY—including ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You may upload or provide content (e.g., watchlists, notes, prompts) (“User Content”). You retain ownership of User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use User Content and generated outputs to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
You’re responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to User Content and for complying with data protection laws when you input personal data. Do not upload MNPI or third-party confidential information.
If you provide suggestions, you give us a free, irrevocable license to use them without restriction.
Subject to these Terms and third-party rights, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the outputs you receive for your internal or editorial purposes. Outputs may include or be derived from third-party content (e.g., filings, transcripts, market data). You’re responsible for obtaining any additional permissions required by those third parties (including redistribution rights) and for complying with their terms and attribution requirements.
You may not use outputs to create datasets for training or benchmarking competing models without our written consent.
The Service may display or depend on third-party materials (e.g., SEC filings, exchange data, transcript providers, news). We do not control or guarantee such content, which may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. We may replace providers, change coverage, or impose usage limits at any time.
We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. The Service and outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy/sell any security or to adopt any investment strategy. You are solely responsible for your decisions and compliance (including Reg FD and MNPI obligations). Always verify with official sources.
AI systems can produce errors, omissions, hallucinations, and biased or misleading results. The Service may mis-classify, mis-summarize, or miss context; visualizations may be incomplete. Do not rely on the Service in situations where errors could cause significant harm, including high-frequency trading or automated order routing without human review. You must implement human oversight and independent verification before using outputs in reports, publications, or trading workflows.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the Service and your data. However, no system is 100% secure. You’re responsible for configuring access controls, safeguarding credentials, and backing up your data. If you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately at support@concisehq.com.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly/annual) until canceled. You authorize us and our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), to charge your payment method for subscription fees, taxes, and any overages. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge such payment method for the agreed amount.
All payments are processed by Stripe pursuant to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your complete payment card information. Your payment information is subject to Stripe’s data handling practices as described in their privacy policy. You acknowledge and agree that your payment transactions may be subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and fees. If your payment method is declined or charged back, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved. You agree to promptly update your payment information if it changes or expires.
We may change prices or features with reasonable prior notice for the next billing cycle. Price changes will not affect your current billing period if you have an active subscription.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, not current periods. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Where required, we offer a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for regulated or enterprise customers. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed DPA or enterprise agreement, the signed agreement controls for the conflicting subject matter.
We may offer features labeled “beta,” “preview,” or similar. Beta features are provided as-is, may be unstable or change without notice, and may be subject to additional terms. We may discontinue beta features at any time.
